Play Poké Jam

The player stays blank.

  1. Select Play now if the game has not been loaded yet.
  2. Wait a moment for the game’s files to load, and check that your connection is working.
  3. Use Reload below the player if it stays blank. Confirm only if you are ready to lose the current match.
  4. Try a current browser or a fresh tab if the problem continues. A game-host outage or an embedding restriction may require a fix by the game host.

Keys scroll the page.

Click inside the game, then try WASD or the arrow keys again. A focused website button, address bar or text field will not send game controls to the court.

If controls stop responding after switching tabs, pause and resume the game. See the controls reference for the keyboard layout.

Fullscreen will not start.

Use the website’s Fullscreen button after a direct click or tap. Some browsers restrict native fullscreen; the website then expands the player within the page instead.

Use Exit fullscreen to return. On a phone, rotating to landscape can improve the layout even when native fullscreen is unavailable.

A saved team is missing.

Use the same browser and browsing mode as before. Private windows, cleared browser data and third-party storage restrictions may prevent the game from finding a save.

A save made directly at another website may not be available in this embedded player. The surrounding website cannot read or restore the third-party game’s stored data.

Describe a repeatable problem.

Note your device, browser, game mode and the steps that caused the issue. Include the visible error message if one appears. Avoid sharing passwords, session tokens or the contents of a private save.

Game-specific support information is available through the embedded game’s own menu. Site information and available contact details are on the About page.
